Testimonials
My work with Tricia, whether yoga or massage, is the highlight of my week. I look forward to knowing that I’ll get some relief from my chronic pain in a gentle and respectful way that works for my sensitive body. I have found that most yoga classes are too activating for my body so Tricia’s focus on pain relief and realignment is a rare gift in a yoga class. Tricia has taken the time to get to know me and what works with my body and is open to feedback if something doesn’t work. Whether in group or one-on-one, Tricia takes the time to hear how you are doing in a holistic way tailoring her work to the current set of challenges/needs. I highly recommend working with Tricia
Nancy S., Therapist
I met Tricia when she first began teaching yoga and have watched as she has continually added new skills to a toolbox that allows her to offer clients totally individualized treatments. Over the years, I have gone from yoga student to massage client, and she has helped me find relief from several stubborn recurring muscle problems. Tricia is like a sleuth continually looking for new ways to address familiar issues. Her practice is defined by an openness to and knowledge of a variety of techniques.
Tricia, by nature really desires to help people be more comfortable in their bodies whether they want to be fitter and more flexible or to alleviate pain and discomfort.
I cannot recommend Tricia highly enough. (And, she has the warmest hands!)

I've known Trish for more than a decade, and there's no one I trust more when it comes to yoga therapeutics. I live in San Francisco which is known for great yoga, and I STILL prefer to go to Trish with questions, injuries, or when I feel I need some adjustments to my practice. Super knowledgeable, understanding, and always learning, she is the best around.
